2011 Armstrong-Umbel Endurance Classic
The Black Ash Grouse Dog Club is proud to announce the 3rd Annual running
of the Armstrong-Umbel Endurance Classic for Grouse Dogs starting March 25, to conclusion. Heats will be of
two-hour duration. We are pleased that well-known Pennsylvania grouse dog trainer/trialer, Steve Groy and field trial competitor/wild chukar hunter from Payson, Utah, Kim Sampson have agreed to judge this year’s Classic. Both are Strideaway contributors whose bios can be found on our Contributors page. We are most grateful that two such outstanding individuals with a wealth of experience with wild bird dogs have agreed to judge the Classic.
