2019 Southern Game Fair ~ Youth Field Trial Alliance

Launched this past summer on Facebook, Youth Field Trial Alliance (a Strideaway project) was invited to present the pointing dog demo at the 4th annual Kevin’s & Holland and Holland Southern Game Fair held on the beautiful campus of Thomasville, Georgia’s Greenwood Plantation campus. Big thanks to Greg Blair and Purina Pro Plan for sending us one of their great tents and product that gave us a professional look!

The four junior handlers did a fantastic handling their dogs for the big audience who were thoroughly impressed by their skills and their dogs. After the demo, we presented the handlers with gift bags full of items contributed by field trialers and others. We sincerely thank them for their support of Youth Field Trials.

The next steps for Youth Field Trial Alliance in its quest to support youth field trials nationally is the development of a website. We are seeking 12 corporate sponsors at $500 each. We are grateful to the four organizations/individuals who have already made a commitment to the project. Their logos/names and website links will be prominently featured on the website.
