News from Ames

Earlier this week I spoke with Brad Harter, videographer of the National Championship for over 26 years. Brad assured me that despite the horrendous weather the 2015 running has been experiencing, coveys of quail have been seen feeding. For those keeping track of the championship, this year offers more information than in years prior thanks to the daily postings of information and photos on the Ames website. This year as well, Brad has been posting Video Clips of the handlers flushing birds for the dogs.
